Samira Shahzad is one of the leading pioneers and a prominent chef in the Culinary Industry for the past 26 years. She gained expertise in her field through various courses conducted in United Kingdom and the United States at various prestigious culinary schools. She benefited at a very young age from exclusive one-on-one training by eminent chefs of various 5 star hotels and restaurants around the world.

Samira’s culinary journey did not start with a childhood easy-bake-oven cupcake dreams! Born & raised in Pakistan, she graduated from Kinnaird College, majoring in English Literature.

She began her professional life as a Caterer, specializing in Birthday Cakes, when her talent and reputation of making mouth-watering treats made many people request for cooking lessons to learn the tricks of the taste!

Samira started giving cooking classes in 1985. This avenue combined her passion for food with a love of teaching. She creates her own class curriculum, writes and develop recipes, teaches & oversees all operations. Her driving goal is to create an atmosphere that welcomes students and helps them to feel comfortable & cared as they explore their own culinary interests. She invites you to come and try her unique culinary classes.

Samira Shahzad is also seen on various television programs nationwide. She is specially invited to conduct exclusive classes for women and children at various Clubs. She has been the head of Food & Beverage Committee at many prestigious Clubs of the country.

Along with being a renowned member of the culinary world, Samira Shahzad’s talent is not restricted to just one Industry. Her expertise extends into the Home & Décor Industry as well, where she has been a well-known Interior Designer since 1994. She not only plans and puts life and color into spaces but also designs and manufactures furniture pieces ranging from beds to sofas to hand knotted rugs. She manages a furniture production house with a vast operation and a large workforce. She has currently expanded her operation and has started supplying to Europe and to the United States of America.

In her past time she is an avid gardener and landscaper. Her own garden is picturesque and well manicured. As they say an artistic soul has unlimited talents!
