General Info

All classes follow a simple pattern. In a demonstration class our talented chef exhibits the entire menu preparation step by step in our intimate teaching kitchen. Students are provided recipes to take notes and write comments as they watch and learn the important details of culinary techniques, ingredient choices, equipment selection and cooking times.

Classes are small and interactive. Students are encouraged to ask questions, they are able to focus intently on the techniques and take detailed notes as the chef demonstrates from beginning to end all of the critical steps of meal preparation.
