It's been ages now that a lot of students have been asking me to teach something in the Barbecue Section with a proper grill.In this class we cover the technical aspects of grilling in order to achieve the perfect results every time.So I decided to come up with a plan where you get all the details in just one day.Therefore making the timings for this class longer than the rest as the number of dishes are a lot. I guide the students on time management for example what can be marinated before hand and frozen.Plus which ingredients not to add if freezing and nitty gritty details like that.A fabulous class for the health conscious.
